1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Property And Person Protection Services (Permanent, 24/7, Daily) Provided In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection In The Administrative And Office Buildings Of The District Office In Bydgoszcz At Ul. Zygmunta Augusta 16 And Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 3 In Bydgoszcz. 2) Description Of The Building Rooms: A) Building At Ul. Zygmunta Augusta 16 Has A Full Basement And Has 6 Above-Ground Floors With A Usable Area Of ​​2,180.29 M2. Communication In The Building Is Via A Staircase And A Passenger Lift. B) Building At Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 3 Has A Full Basement And 5 Above-Ground Floors. Total Area 1,477.63 M2. Communication In The Building Takes Place Via A Staircase And A Passenger Lift.3) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Based On The Principles Included, Among Others: In The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1995, As Amended)4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure An Appropriate Number Of Employees With Appropriate Mental And Physical Predispositions To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Necessary To Perform Activities To Protect People And Property. 5) In Particular, The Scope Of The 24-Hour Permanent Protection Of Persons And Property Includes: A) Patrolling The Facility Inside And Outside In Order To Detect Possible Threats, Including Checking The Closing Of All Doors And Windows And Securing Sanitary Installations, B) Using A Video Monitoring System Enabling Real-Time Monitoring Of Events Occurring In Designated Areas Of The Building And Its Immediate Surroundings, C) Responding To Any Suspicious Behavior And Violations Of The Law (E.G. Disturbances) By People Staying In The Building, D) Ensuring That No There Were Persons Whose Behavior Clearly Does Not Indicate A Justified Stay (E.G. Persons Under The Influence Of Alcohol Or Drugs, Homeless Persons), E) Immediately Notifying The Relevant Services And The Ordering Partys Representative Of Attempted Burglary, Theft, Vandalism And Other Threats To The Security Of The Building And People Staying In It, F) Operating Alarm Systems (Including Fire Protection) Installed In The Building And Taking Immediate Action If They Are Activated, G) Issuing, Accepting And Storing Room Keys And Keeping The Required Records In This Respect, H) Informing Visitors On Entities Operating In The Building Competent To Handle The Matter Being Brought, I) Service And Assistance To Disabled Persons, With Particular Emphasis On The Requirements Specified In The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (I.E. Journal Laws Of 2024, Item 1411, As Amended), J) Performing Activities Related To The Maintenance Of External Communication Routes In The Winter, Consisting In Clearing Snow And Sanding The Sidewalk Along The Building, Entrance Stairs And The Ramp For Disabled People - Only Outside Office Hours And On Public Holidays, K ) Knowledge Of
