4. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A Factory 4X4 Drive Equipped With A Central Differential. The Four-Door Cabin Of The Car Is Adapted To Transport 6 Rescuers. The Car Is Equipped With Light And Sound Signals Meeting The Parameters Of An Emergency Car. The Car Is Equipped With A Number Of Shelves And Storage Compartments, Winches, A Composite Tank, A Tank With Foam Concentrate And A High-Pressure Water And Foam Unit. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Includes The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements For A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A Water And Foam Unit Required By The Ordering Party. 6. Subject Means Of Evidence: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit An E-Order Along With The Offer Via The Public Procurement Platform Https://Ezamowienia.Gov.Pl/Mp-Client/Tenders/Ocds-148610-8A7bdc0b-Dcb4-4A2f- B279-042E6c356fe1 The Following Means Of Evidence In Question:A) Completed And Signed Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Compatibility Table.2) The Ordering Party Informs That Pursuant To Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides That In A Situation Where The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence In Question Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Call Once For Their Submission Or Completion Within The Specified Deadline. 3) The Provisions Of Section 6 Points 2 Shall Not Apply If The Evidence In Question Serves To Confirm Compliance With The Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Or, Despite The Submission Of The Evidence In Question, The Offer Is Rejected Or There Are Grounds For Invalidation Of The Proceedings. 4) The Ordering Party May Request Explanations From The Contractors Regarding The Content Of The Evidence In Question.
