Construction Work – Tender For A Turnkey Contract Regarding The Construction Of The New Day Care Center Børnehuset Firkløveret For Allerød Municipality. The Tender Concerns The Demolition Of The Existing Institution Børnehuset Firkløveret And Construction Of The New Institution Børnehuset Firkløveret Located At Violvej 1-7, 3450 Allerød. The Existing Institution Is Old Pavilions That Have Been Remodeled And Have Served Their Useful Life. They Must Therefore Be Demolished, And The Users Must Be Rehoused During The Construction Period. The Project Includes The Construction Of A Day Care Center Of Approx. 2,000 M2 In Net Area And 300 M2 Basement. The Institution Must Be Suitable For Approx. 200 Children Aged 0-6 Years, Respectively Approx. 100 Children Aged 0-3 Years And Approx. 100 Children Aged 3-6 Years. In Addition, The Project Includes Staff Facilities For Approx. 40 Adults And A Production Kitchen With Capacity For Approx. 240 People. The Project Also Includes The Establishment Of Outdoor Areas Immediately Adjacent To The Building, Which Will Be Integrated With The Existing Outdoor Areas, Including An External Ramp That Will Smoothly Connect The Ground Level With The First Floor. The Purpose Of The Ramp Is Also To Frame A Small Farm Area Where A Play Area Is To Be Established. In Addition, Access Roads, Sheds, Waste Management Area, Bicycle Parking Etc. Must Be Established. The Idea Is To Create An Institution That Creates An Optimal Framework For High Quality In The Learning Environment For Children Aged 0-6. The Institution Must Be Safe, And There Must Be Opportunities For Play And Immersion In Rooms With Differentiated Development Opportunities And Plenty Of Space. In The Project, We Work According To The Idea The Near In The Big.
