The Tu Ilmenau Intends To Introduce A University-Wide Document Management System For Document Management, File Creation, Storage Within Set Deadlines And Transfer To A Long-Term Archive. The Aim Is To Make Existing And Recorded Documents Together With The Descriptive Metadata Available To All University Members In An Integrated System Via A Web Portal And To Automate Suitable Processing Processes. In Addition, Specialist Procedures Should Be Connected With The Aim Of Transferring Documents Into The Files Of The Document Management System In A Structured Manner, Offering Them To The Specialist Procedures In A Legible Manner Over The Document Life Cycle And Controlling The Retention Periods. The University Currently Uses The Document Management System Vis 6 From Pdv Gmbh Erfurt With Individual Use Cases. With The Introduction Of The System, Tu Ilmenau Is Pursuing The Following Goals: • Expansion Of Document Management And Integration Into The Universitys Processes And It Infrastructure • Structured And Audit-Proof Document Management, • Supporting Compliance With Legal Framework Conditions, • Transparency Of Processes, • Automation Of The Processes, • Increasing The Effectiveness Of The Processes. The Contractual Basis Of The Selected Delivery Model (Saas) Should Be An Evb-It Cloud Contract Including The Supplementary Contractual Conditions For Cloud Services (Evb-It-Cloud General Terms And Conditions) In A Valid Version.
