The Fruits And Vegetables Delivered Must Be Ripe To Be Consumable Within 48 Hours To 72 Hours (Unless Otherwise Specified On The Order Form). The Packaging Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of The Different Services: Large Packaging For The Production Of 5,700 School Meals And Small Packaging For The Production Of Meals In The Citys 9 Multi-Reception Structures. The Incumbent Supplier Must Be Able To: - Deliver Fruits And Vegetables In Sufficient Quantity For 5,700 Daily School Meals And 9 Early Childhood Multi-Reception Structures, - Adapt The Maturity Of The Fruits According To The Planned Consumption Day (Indicated On Purchase Orders), - Anticipate Shortages To Inform The City Within A Minimum Of 48 Hours To Allow Re-Delivery Or Replacement Responsiveness, - To Offer Redelivery During The Day, Before Noon The Same Day, In The Event Of Non-Compliance, - Having A Billing Service That Is Responsive To Different Price Revisions
