Refuse And Waste Related Services - Collection Of Municipal Waste From All Properties Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Rewal Commune That Are Part Of The Municipal Waste Management System And Its Transport To The Regional Waste Management Plant In Słasin From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2026. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Consisting In The Collection Of Goods Indicated In Point 1.4. Municipal Waste Collected On: 1) Inhabited Real Estate, 2) Real Estate Which Is Partly Real Estate Where Residents Live And Partly Real Estate Where No Residents Live, 3) Uninhabited Real Estate, 4) Real Estate Where Hotel Services Are Provided Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Tourist Services, 5) Real Estate On Which Summer Houses Are Located, 6) Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, 7) Public Utility Facilities And Other Areas (In Accordance With Annex No. 1). Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Rewal Commune, Where Municipal Waste Is Generated. 1.2. Equipping The Properties Indicated In Point 1.1, Sections 1) - 6) With Containers (Capacity: 120 Liters, 240 Liters Or 1,100 Liters) For Collecting Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Bio-Waste Constituting Municipal Waste (Capacity: 120 Liters) , As Well As In Containers Or Bags (Capacity 80 - 120 Liters) For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste And Equipping Public Utility Facilities With Containers (With A Capacity Of 60 Liters - 1,100 Liters), As Well As Replacing Containers Destroyed Due To The Fault Of The Contractor In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Applicable Resolution Regarding Equipping Real Estate With Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste. 1.3. Collection And Transport Of Large-Sized Waste, Which Will Take Place During The Annual Road Collection (Exhibition). Bulky Waste Will Be Collected Directly From The Property Owners Property, Once A Year On The Date Agreed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor In Accordance With The Applicable Resolution Of The Commune Council In This Regard. 1.4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, The Collection Of: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Collected By Property Owners In Appropriate Containers Or Bags, 2) Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Collected In Containers Or Bags, Including The Following Fractions: A) Paper In Including Paper And Cardboard Packaging, B) Colorless And Colored Glass Packaging, C) Plastics And Plastic Packaging, D) Multi-Material Packaging, E) Bio-Waste Constituting Municipal Waste, F) Metals And Metal Packaging. 1.5. Information And Educational Activities In The Field Of Proper Management Of Municipal Waste, In Particular In The Field Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste. 1.6. Providing A Sufficient Number Of Specialized Technical Resources To Guarantee Timely And Qualitative Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
