The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Printing And Multifunctional Devices With Installed Software (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Sw) Of The Manufacturer (Firmware) For The System Of Printing Services, Accessories, Consumables And Related Services To Ensure Printing Services In A Condition Suitable For The Agreed Use, Performing Their Installation And Putting Into Operation At The Agreed Place And Date And Carrying Out Basic Training Of Designated Employees Of The Contracting Authority. The Successful Applicant Will Provide Extended Technical Support To Maintain The Operational Condition Of The Equipment And The System For Managing Print Services, Including Regular Maintenance (Maintenance Scope And Maintenance Time Interval) Defined By The Manufacturer Of Specific Equipment In The Technical Documentation For The Equipment So That All Conditions Related To Maintaining The Equipments Warranty Period Are Intact, Replacement Of Parts With A Limited Service Life And Supply Of Consumables. The Successful Bidder Must Supply All Devices With 4-Year Extended Support, Which Consists Of: - Unlimited Telephone And Email Support - Wide Network Of Operators And Technical Centers - During Working Hours (9-17 Hours) Possibility Of Remote Support - Remote Service Management - Service Will Be Carried Out Only By Authorized Service Representatives Of The Company - Only Original Spare Parts Of The Manufacturer Will Be Used For Repairs, Which Are Easily Available Due To The Central Warehouse Near The Branches Of The Contracting Authority - Lifetime Support Consisting Of A Knowledge Base, Online Chat, Available Email Or Telephone Contact. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Supply Of Consumables For All Delivered Equipment Based On The Written Orders Of The Contracting Authority, Training Of The Contracting Authoritys Employees Regarding The Installation And Operation Of The Equipment, Free Collection And Ecological Disposal Of Used Consumables (Toners And Toner Cartridges), Etc. The Successful Bidder Will Ensure The Removal And Physical Loading Of These Devices Into The Successful Bidders Means Of Transport. The Contractor Will Ensure The Preparation Of These Devices For Removal In A Pre-Defined Number And Collection Locations. The Successful Applicant And The Procuring Entity Shall Agree On A Precise Logistical Map For The Removal Of These Devices According To The Needs Of The Procuring Entity. Detailed In The Tender Documents, Volume Iii. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order In Its Entirety Is Described In Such A Way That It Is Precisely And Clearly Specified. If Any Of The Parameters Used, Or A Range Of Parameters, Identifies A Specific Type Of Product Or A Product Of A Specific Manufacturer, The Public Procurement Entity Shall Allow Such Product To Be Replaced By An Equivalent Product Or An Equivalent Technical Solution, Provided That The Equivalent Product Or An Equivalent Technical Solution Meets The Utility, Operational And Functional Characteristics.
