Diesel Fuel (En 590) – Supply Of Fuel To The Roudnice Nad Labem Service Center And The Zkmr Beskydy Vessel. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Regular Supplies Of Fuels (Mineral Oils Used To Produce Heat Or As Fuel For Navigation On Water) Corresponding To The Defined Quality Parameters, Based On The Conditions Established Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement And The Framework Agreement Itself, The Sample Of Which Forms The Appendix No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement Or The Agreement), Namely At The Gas Station In The Roudnice Nad Labem Service Center And The Zkmr Beskydy Vessel: Also Diesel Fuel Exempt From Consumption Tax Pursuant To Section 49, Paragraph 8 Of Act No. 353/2003 Coll., On Consumption Taxes, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Act No. 353/2003 Coll.), And According To The Čsn En 590 Standard; Ii Diesel Fuel Including Consumption Tax According To § 45 Paragraph 1 Letter B) Or § 45 Paragraph 2 Letter J) Act No. 353/2003 Coll. (For The Purposes Of Navigation, For Which Exemption From Consumption Tax Does Not Apply According To § 49, Paragraphs 8 And 9 Of Act No. 353/2003 Coll.) And According To The Čsn En 590 Standard; Iii Natural 95 Automobile Gasoline According To The Čsn En 228 + A1 Standard; (Hereinafter Referred To As Propulsion Materials). Fuels Will Be Delivered According To The Clients Current Needs To The Gas Station In The Roudnice Nad Labem Service Center Or To The Vessel Of The Client Zkmr Beskydy - Terminal Děčín, While The Delivery Also Includes The Transport Of Fuels To The Filling Point And Transfer Of Fuels To The Clients Storage At The Gas Station Or Zkmr Vessel Beskydy - Terminal Děčín. The Expected Volume Of Fuel Deliveries Is A Total Of 50 M3 Per Year, However, The Volume Will Be Implemented According To The Actual Needs Of The Client. However, The Client Will Not Take More Fuel Than 340 M3 Per Year. The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Further Specified In Detail In The Draft Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation.
