Diesel Oil - Successive Deliveries Of Liquid Fuels By The Contractors Transport To The Ordering Partys Gas Station Located At Ul. Mickiewicza 4 In Płońsk.. 1. Estimated Quantities Of Fuels Planned For Implementation During The Period Covered By The Contract: 1) Diesel Oil, Subject Standard Pn-En 590, In The Amount Of 3,500 M3 (3,500 Cubic Meters). 2) Unleaded Petrol Pb95, Subject Standard Pn-En 228, In The Amount Of 800 M3 (800 Cubic Meters). 2. The Subject Of The Order Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Have An Acceptable Storage Period In Warehouses With A Guarantee Of Unchanged Quality Characteristics For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. 4. The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018) Apply To Pb 95 Gasoline And Diesel Oil. The List Of Fuel Parameters Is Specified In The Mentioned Regulation And The Annex To The Regulation. 5.The Quality Of Each Delivery Must Be Documented With A Quality Certificate For The Fuel Contained In This Batch. For This Purpose, A Quality Certificate Issued By The Fuel Depot Must Be Attached Along With The Proof Of Issue Of A Given Batch Of Fuel (It Must Bear The Original Stamp Of The Fuel Depot And Contain The Number Of The Proof Of Issue Of A Given Batch Of Fuel). Instead Of The Described Quality Certificate, The Ordering Party Allows Attaching A Photocopy Of This Document Certified As A True Copy Of The Original By The Contractor. If It Is Objectively Impossible To Provide The Above-Mentioned Documents In The Required Form, The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Electronically Generated Documents That Do Not Contain A Handwritten Signature Or Seal. 6. Fuel Will Be Delivered In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 17, 2021 On The Monitoring System For Road And Rail Transport Of Goods And Trade In Fuel Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1218). 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Supply Fuel With A Cfpp Indicator (Cold Filter Blocking Temperature) Appropriate To Changing Weather Conditions. From October 1 To November 15, Fuel Must Have A Cold Filter Blocking Temperature No Higher Than -100C (Minus 10 Degrees Celsius). For Diesel Fuel, Which Is To Be Available From November 16 To The End Of The Year, The Cold Filter Blocking Temperature Is No Higher Than -200C (Minus 20 Degrees Celsius). 8. Each Fuel Delivery, Regardless Of External Temperatures, Will Be Accepted Based On The Amount Of Fuel At The Reference Temperature Of 150C (15 Degrees Celsius). Before Unloading The Fuel Into The Customers Tanks, A Sample Of Approximately 20 Liters Of Fuel Is Taken Directly From The Tanker To An Appropriate Container And Subjected To Temperature And Density Measurement Using A Hydrometer. The Results Are Then Compared With The Quality Certificate Provided By The Contractor And The International Table Of Specific Weights For Gasoline And Diesel Fuels. On This Basis, The Difference In Fuel Density Will Be Determined And Its Amount In The Temperature Will Be Determined
