Engineering Services – Yard Sites Of Another Engineering Structure, Vytauto St. 92, Purchase Of Construction Project Preparation And Project Execution Supervision Services In Palanga. The Following Parts Of The Technical Work Project Specified In Appendix 9 Of Str 1.04.04:2017 Building Design, Project Expertise Are Being Prepared: 1. General; 2. Plot Arrangement (Plot Plan); 3. Electrical Engineering; 4. Electronic Communications (Telecommunications); 5. Security Alarms; 6. Water Supply And Sewage Disposal; 7. Preparation For Construction And Organization Of Construction Works; 8. Determination Of The Calculated Construction Price; 9. Eso Electrical Engineering Project. The Design Is Carried Out In Two Stages: - The First Stage Of Design – Design Proposals Are Prepared And A Document Authorizing The Construction Is Obtained. Design Proposals Must Be Approved By The Builder (Customer). According To The Agreed Design Proposals, The Design Task Is Adjusted/Refined; - The Second Stage Of Design – A Technical Work Project Is Prepared According To The Requirements Set Out In The Design Task And The Approval Of The Project Expertise Contractor For The Technical Work Project Is Obtained. The Technical Work Project Must Be Approved By The Builder (Customer). Project Execution Supervision Is Carried Out.
