The Subject Of This Procurement Is A Retrospective Assessment Of The Effectiveness Of The Mainland Finlands Rural Development Program 2014-2020 (Hereinafter Also The Rural Program) On Greenhouse Gas And Ammonia Emissions, Nutrient Loading And Erosion. A Post-Evaluation Report Must Be Produced From The Ex-Post Evaluation, Which Evaluates The Effectiveness Of The Measures Of The Rural Program And The Effectiveness Of The Set Of Measures. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In The Appendix Description Of The Object Of Procurement. Agreement And Contract Period In The Procurement, One Contract Partner Is Sought. According To The Preliminary Schedule, The Procurement Contract Would Enter Into Force In January 2025, And The Deadline For The Submission Of The Final Report And The Presentation Of The Results Would Be In October 2026.
