The Assignment Of The Design Team Includes The Design And Management Of The Works Of The Social Housing Project Pannehoeve Regarding The Total Renovation Of 18 (Eighteen) Single-Family Homes (With 1 Or 3 Bedrooms) Located In The Pannehoeve In Diest (The Aforementioned Number Of Homes Is Not Binding). . Kanvaz Notes That These Homes, Which Date From 1996, Currently Suffer From Many Moisture Problems, Worn-Out Interior Furnishings, Completely Rotten Garden Houses, Underground Fuel Oil Tanks, (Not Exhaustive). A Total Renovation Is Therefore Necessary, Where The Focus Of The Design Team Should Be On The Various Necessary Technical Interventions, Rather Than On The Architectural Aspect. The Designated Design Team Will Be Given The Integral Assignment For The Design, Follow-Up And Management Of The Works Regarding The Total Renovation Of These Eighteen Residential Units On The Plots In Diest. The Safety Coordinator Is Not Part Of The Design Team And Is Appointed Separately. The Design Team Is Responsible For, Among Other Things, Studying Architecture, Stability And Techniques. More Specifically, The Assignment Involves Appointing An Architect, A Stability Engineer, A Techniques Engineer, An Ebp Reporter And A Ventilation Reporter. Kanvaz Will Be Responsible For Drawing Up A Demolition Follow-Up Plan If Necessary. Kanvaz Will Take Care Of The Soil Mechanical Tests (Drillings, Soundings, Infiltration Tests, Etc.) And The Environmental Technical Investigation With Declaration Of Conformity. Kanvaz Will Be Responsible For Having An Archeology Note Drawn Up, If Necessary. These Tasks Are Not Part Of The Current Assignment.
