• Disposal Of Excess Materials Outside The Site To A Location Consisting Of An Approved Landfill Or Recycling Center; • The Execution Of Coffers And Road Surfaces; • All Necessary Transport And Evacuation, Outside Of Road Dependencies, Of Excess Soil, Sludge, All Waste, Materials And Objects Of Any Kind Resulting From Dismantling, Demolition And Non-Reusable Items As Well As Their Landfill According To Regulations Of The Circular Of The R.W. Of February 23, 1995 And/Or The Agw Lands Of 05/07/2018; • The Rearrangement Of The Surfaces, Borders And Water Lines Of The Roads Leading To The Road To Be Improved So As To Obtain A Uniform Connection Between The New And Old Surfaces; • Repair Of Any Installations Damaged By The Work; • Maintaining Concessionaire Installations, Including Cables And Pipes Encountered During Sewer Earthworks And Special Connections; • Maintaining Hydrants And Fire Hydrants Visible, Accessible And Operational, As Well As Their Signage; • Maintaining Access To Homes And Garages; • The Supply By The Contractor Of New Materials To Be Used In The Company, Unless The Special Specifications Or The Quantity Survey Specify Otherwise; • Maintenance Of The Work Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Periods, All Supplies And Labor Included. The Work Described Above Is Not Exhaustive, The Details Of The Work Are Included In The Technical Clauses And The Summary Measurement Annexed To These Special Specifications. As Part Of This Contract, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Combat Social Dumping And Social Fraud. Free Variants And Free Options Are Prohibited. This Market Is Not Divided Into Tranches.
