The Purpose Of This Order Is To Select A Qualified Contractor/Contractors To Carry Out The Activities Of Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Support Of New Photovoltaic Systems Only For The Own Consumption Of Persons - Final Recipients, Who Receive Heating Allowances During The Heating Season For The Following Conditions: • The Chosen Heating Alternative Is An Air-To-Air Heat Pump; • The Household Owns An Independent Residential Property (Single-Family Residential Building), Having An Electricity Meter And Lot Number; • The Home Is Primarily The Final Recipient Of The Aid For The Applicant; • The Home Is Not Connected To A Heat Transmission Network.
