Operating And Maintenance Personnel And Their Supervisors Should Be Initially And Then Periodically Retrained In Safe Operating Procedures, Recognizable Hazards, Precautions And The Maintenance Of A Safe Work Place. Accordingly, Contractor To Provide The List Of Proper Tools And Tackles To Operate And Maintain The Machine In An Adequately Safe Condition. Employees Should Be Made Aware Of, And Forbidden To Enter, Hazardous Areas.
