Request for proposals for Implementation of Enhanced Analytics and Data Utilization in Sub-National Units in Zimbabwe. This RFP covers implementing activities to enhance real-time health data for program improvement at the sub-national level and build institutional capacity for digital analytics. The activities and deliverables in this TOR contribute to Component 1 of the DHIA on Digital architecture for integrated patient-centered care and data use, and the DHIA Enablers on Digital health capacity building and Sustainability. Objectives a. Enhanced Ongoing Analysis and Utilization of Health Data: Increase the proportion of sub-national level/ PHC units using timely data for evidence-based decision-making. Strengthen data triangulation across multiple sources, using routine and nonroutine health data, to improve evidence-based decision-making in HIV, TB, malaria programs, and RSSH. Improve the ability of the sub-national level, including PHC units, to use data to enhance program coverage and quality. b. Increased Digital Analytical Capacity Address capacity gaps in using digital solutions for health data analytics. Enhance the production and use of digital data analytical outputs at sub-national levels. Strengthen use of digitally interoperable data. c. Institutional Capacity Built for Supporting Regular Data Analysis and Use: Strengthen the capacity of local institutions and health workers to utilize health data routinely and timely. Ensure sustained institutional support through training, mentorship, coaching, peer-to-peer learning, and experience sharing.
