Tenders are invited for Proposed Rehabilitation of Mwiki Playground (Phase II) All Tenders must be Accompanied by a Bid Security in the Form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee Issued by Banks Regulated by The Central Bank of Kenya/Reputable Insurance Company of KSHS. 3,000,000 (Kenya Shillings Three Million only) A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KSHS. 1,000 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only) in cash or Bankers Cheque Evaluation of Tenders 35.1 The Procuring Entity shall use the criteria and methodologies listed in this ITT and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification Criteria No other evaluation criteria or methodologies shall be permitted. By applying the criteria and methodologies the Procuring Entity shall determine the Lowest Evaluated Tender in accordance with ITT 35.2 To evaluate a Tender, the Procuring Entity shall consider the following: a) Price adjustment in accordance with ITT 31.1 (iii); excluding provisional sums and contingencies, if any, but including Daywork items, where priced competitively; b) price adjustment due to discounts offered in accordance with ITT 14.4; c) converting the amount resulting from applying (a) and (b) above, if relevant, to a single currency in accordance with ITT 32; d) price adjustment due to quantifiable non material non-conformities in accordance with ITT 30.3; and e) any additional evaluation factors specified in the TDS and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
