1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil To A Dosing Device With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters, Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Utilities Plant In Rymanów, Ul. Osiedle 40, 38-480 Rymanów In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 140 M3. Deliveries Will Be Made Non-Cash, With Expected One-Off Deliveries Ranging From 3,000 To 5,000 Liters, On Average Once A Month During The Term Of The Contract. Diesel Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Frequency And Quantity Of Fuel Delivered.2. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: The Offered Diesel Oil Must Meet The Requirements In Accordance With Eu Regulation No. 453/2010 And The Pn-En 590/2013-12 Standard Or Equivalent And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Fuels Liquids (Journal Of Laws, Item 1018). In The Event Of A Change In Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Adjust The Quality Of Fuel To The New Standards. For Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil That Is The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide A Document Regarding The Quality Of A Given Batch Of Fuel, In Particular A Quality Certificate In The Original Or A Certified Copy, A Consignment Note Issued By The Warehouse (Tax Warehouse) Containing The Date And Time Of Loading, The Registration Number Of The Tanker Delivering The Fuel, Name Of The Driver Loading The Tanker. The Receipt Of The Diesel Fuel Delivered By The Contractor To The Dispensing Device Will Be Each Time Confirmed By A Wz Document Signed By Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Deliveries In Order To Continuously Meet The Ordering Partys Needs For The Fuel Constituting The Subject Of The Order, After Each Order Placed By The Ordering Party By Telephone, Confirmed By E-Mail Within 24 Hours Of Placing The Order. The Ordering Party Decides On The Date And Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Delivered To The Dosing Device For The Duration Of The Contract. The Employer Requires That Diesel Fuel Be Delivered In The Contractors Road Tankers, Meeting The Requirements For Road Transport Of Hazardous Materials, Equipped With A Pumping Device For Discharging Fuel Into A Dosing Tank And Equipped With A Measuring Device For Reading The Amount Of Discharging Diesel Oil. The Dosing Device Will Be Loaded Each Time In The Presence Of An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Grant Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Order. Settlement Will Take Place After Issuing A Vat Invoice. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Will Be The Amount Of Diesel Oil Delivered By The Contractor And Accepted By The Ordering Party, According To The Legalized Measurement System, With Compensation Up To 15 0 C In The Case Of A Tanker.
