1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Liquid Fuels To Vehicles Used By The Provincial Road Traffic Center In Częstochowa At Ul. Hallera 1, Ensuring Cashless Settlement Of Transactions, In The Following Range And Expected (Estimated) Quantities: - Unleaded Petrol Pb 95 - 20,000 Liters, - Diesel Oil - 25,000 Liters, - Lpg Gas - 25,000 Liters.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Successive, Non-Cash Refueling Directly Into The Fuel Tanks Of Vehicles, At Gas Stations Operated By The Contractor, Which Meet The Requirements Specified By Law For Gas Stations.3. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Ordering Partys Business, The Contractor Must Have At Least One Gas Station Enabling Cashless Purchase Of Fuels Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Open At Least From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. On All Days Of The Week, Located No More Than 10 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Częstochowa At Ul. Hallera 1 (Calculated According To The Vehicles Odometer Readings) Along A Public Road On Which, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Vehicles Of Categories A, B, C And T Driving Licenses May Drive Without Restrictions. The Gas Station Must Enable Collision-Free Entry And Exit And Refueling Of Vehicles Of All Driving License Categories Listed Above.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuel Vehicles At Other Contractors Gas Stations Throughout The Country That Accept Non-Cash Fuel Purchases.5. In Addition To Refueling, Which Will Take Place Directly Into Vehicle Tanks, The Ordering Party Envisages, In A Few Cases, Purchasing Fuel Intended For Combustion Machines And Devices, Which Will Be Collected Into Canisters.6. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Quantities Of Fuel Given Above Are Estimates Resulting From The Forecast Demand During The Contract Implementation Period And Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.7. Fuels That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015. Gas Stations Where The Ordering Partys Vehicles Will Be Refueled Must Meet The Requirements Provided For By Law For Gas Stations Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023. On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Liquid Gas Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1707).10. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Purchasing Fuel In The Form Of Cashless Transaction
