A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With A Spreadsheet, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.1. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Pzp And Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465), Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 Of The Labor Code, The Ordering Party Requires Employment For The Entire Duration Of The Contract Based On An Employment Contract Of At Least 1 Employee To Perform The Following Activities As Part Of The Contract: A) Daily: O Collecting Papers, Solid And Other Dirt. O Maintaining Curbs, Sidewalks And Squares Without Weeds. And Roads. O Removing Weeds From Sidewalk Cracks. O Keeping Concrete Strips Around Buildings Clean (E.G. Removing Ingrown Grass, Etc.). O Emptying Waste Containers Placed Next To Buildings Twice A Week (Tuesday And Friday) And Placing Them In Collective Containers (Waste Segregation Is Required).O Maintaining Order At Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste, Loading Scattered Waste Into Containers, If Necessary.O Removing Leaves And Other Dirt From Sidewalks, Roads And Hardened Squares.B) Periodic:O In The Event Of Strong Winds Or Other Unfavorable Weather Conditions - At The Request Of The Employer, Removal Of All Dirt And Hazards From Paved Areas (Branches, Garbage, Etc.). O Cleaning The Asphalt Road From Leaves, Pine Needles, Cones, Earth (Including Cleaning The Roadsides From Leaves, Branches And Garbage ), Removing The Growing Grass And Exposing The Place Where The Traffic Lane Ends And The Dirt Road Side Begins. O Cleaning The Sidewalks And The Parade Ground With A Mechanical Brush To Remove Dirt And Growing Plants From The Gaps Between The Paving Stones. If The Contractor Performs The Order With The Help Of Subcontractors, He Must Have An Agreement Concluded With The Subcontractor, According To Which The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Previous Sentence As To Be Performed Under The Employment Contract Must Also Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Subcontractors. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Following Type Of Equipment, Which May Be Parked On The Units Premises: - A Tractor And/Or Vehicle Adapted To Properly Perform The Service, - A Mechanical Brush; - A Snow Blower (Brush Or Plow), - A Blower That Rejects Dirt, - A Professional Lawn Mower, Trimmer For Mowing Slopes.3. To Store Small Equipment And Materials For The Performance Of The Service In Question On The Premises Of The Unit, The Contractor Should Have A Garage Or Metal Garages, Which Will Be Built In The Area And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Garages Should Be Set Up Before The Commencement Of The Service In Question;4. The Ordering Party Prohibits Storing Fuel For Machines And Devices Outside The Tanks With Which The Machines And Devices Were Factory-Equipped;5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That It Has People To Operate The Equipment Intended To Perform
