Order Period - 12 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract (January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025).3. The Contractor Will Organize The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Commune From The Following Villages: Baranów, Czołno, Dębczyna, Gródek, Huta, Karczunek, Klin, Kozioł, Łukawka, Łukawica, Łysa Góra, Motoga, Niwa, Nowomichowska, Pogonów, Składów, Śniadówka, Wola Czołnowska And Zagóźdź.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect From Property Owners And Management The Entire Amount Of Municipal Waste Provided By Property Owners, Including Mixed Municipal Waste And Waste Collected In A Selective Manner, I.E.: 1) Paper And Cardboard, Including Paper And Cardboard Packaging Waste; 2) Metals And Plastics, Including Metal, Plastic And Multi-Material Packaging Waste;3) Glass, Including Packaging Waste From Glass;4) Mixed Packaging Waste;5) Packaging Containing Residues Of Hazardous Substances Or Contaminated With Them;6) Waste Paints And Varnishes Containing Organic Solvents Or Other Hazardous Substances;7) Biodegradable Waste (Only From Property Owners Who Do Not Use A Composter Based On The List Provided By The Ordering Party);8) Ash,9) Used Tires,10) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment,11) Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling,12) Bulky Waste.Required Collection Frequency: 1) Paper And Cardboard - Once Every Two Months,2) Glass - Once Every Two Months,3) Metals And Plastics - Once A Month,4) Bio-Waste - Once Once A Month,5) Ash - Once A Month From October To May,6) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - Once A Month.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize, In April And October 2025, Collection Directly From The Area Adjacent To The Property, Waste Including Used Electronic And Electrical Equipment, Chemicals (Paints, Varnishes, Expired Plant Protection Products, Solvents), Fluorescent Lamps, Oils, Fats, Inks, Used Batteries, Primary Cells And Batteries, Tires, Furniture And Bulky Waste, Construction And Demolition Waste And Expired Waste Medicines And Multi-Material Packaging. 6.
