1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Non-Cash Purchase Of Fuel For Vehicles At The Disposal Of The Ordering Party And Its Subordinate Units At The Contractors Gas Station1.1.1. Estimated Refueling Quantities Of Liquid Fuels During The Term Of The Contract: Unleaded Petrol 95 - 7,000 Liters Diesel Oil - 17,000 Liters1.1.2. The Ordering Party Estimated Fuel Demand Based On The Purchased Fuel Over A 12-Month Period (September 2023-October 2024). The Quantities Indicated In Point 1.1.1. Are Estimated Values, Which Means That The Final Amount Of Fuel Purchased Under The Contract May Change. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Complete The Full Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order. Minimum Amount Of Fuel Planned For Implementation: Unleaded Gasoline 95-5000 Liters; Diesel Oil - 15,000 Liters Maximum Amount Of Fuel Planned For Implementation: Unleaded Gasoline 95-9000 Liters; Diesel Oil – 20,000 Liters, 1.1.3. The Amount Of Fuel Given Is The Estimated Demand During The Contract Period. The Actual Quantity Of Oil Ordered Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 1.2 Conditions Of Order Execution 1.2.1 The Offered Fuels Must Comply With The Currently Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Following Standards: Pn: En 590: 2013-12 And Pn: En 228: 2013-04 And Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1314, As Amended).1.2.2 In The Event Of Changes To The Regulations Or Their Replacement With Other Regulations, The Fuels Purchased By The Ordering Party Must Meet The Requirements Arising From The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Sale1.2.3 The Contractor Should Have At Least One Gas Station At A Distance Of No More Than 5 Km From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party (34-511 Kościelisko, Ul. Nędzy - Kubińca 101) With A Video Monitoring System. The Fuel Station Must Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Regulations For Fuel Stations, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Liquid Gas Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines Used For Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1707). The Contractor Should Ensure That The Ordering Partys Cars Can Be Refueled 7 Days A Week (Including Holidays And Public Holidays) From At Least 6:00 A.M. To Midnight. The Contractor Must Ensure That The Employers Heavy And Special Vehicles, Including Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles, Can Enter The Station.
