The Total Estimated Electricity Consumption [Mwh] In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 Will Amount To A Total Of 726.5 Mwh. Estimated Data Divided Into Tariffs Are Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. This Order Does Not Cover Electricity Distribution Services. The Material Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Covered By This Procedure Is Determined By A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), Including The Locations And Description Of Electricity Consumption Points And The Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). The Indicated Annexes No. 3 And No. 4 Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz. 3. Data On The Amount Of Purchased Electricity Are Estimates And Are Calculated As An Average Based On Current Electricity Consumption For The Current Year, Given On An Annual Basis. 4. Electricity Will Be Sold Through The Distribution Network Belonging To The Dso. These Proceedings Do Not Cover The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. The Conditions For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services Are Specified In The Ordering Partys Distribution Agreement Currently In Force. The Contractors Obligations Will Include Carrying Out The Procedure For Changing The Electricity Supplier. The Contract For 2024 Was Handled By Respect Energy S.A.5. The Approximate Value Of The Amount Of Electricity Indicated For Purchase May Increase Or Decrease During The Execution Of The Contract. Regardless Of The Amount Of Consumption, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Unit Prices Of Energy Offered In The Tender In Each Case. 6.
