The Subject Of The Order Includes Daily Transportation Of Students From Their Place Of Residence To School And Back From School To Their Place Of Residence, In The Period From January 2, 2025 To December 31, 2025. Excluding Breaks Provided For By The Organization Of The School Year. The Order Is Divided Into 5 Parts. Part I Transport To The Special Center School And Educational Center Named After J. Korczak In Konin1) Route:A) Transport (58 Km): Ślesin - Wierzelin - Licheń Stary - Konin B) Transport (58 Km): Konin -Licheń Stary - Wierzelin - Ślesin 2) Expected Numbers:A) Number Of Students : 5,B) Estimated Number Of Kilometers Of Transport On School Days: 21,576 Km. The Given Distances Do Not Include Access To The Starting Point Of The Courses And Exits To The Parking Place, C) Number Of School Days In 2025: 186 Days. Additional Information And Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1) Stops On The Route Are Designated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Towns Indicated Above. The Destination Stop Is At An Educational Institution. The Exact Pick-Up Addresses Of Students Will Be Provided To The Contractor On The Day The Contract Is Signed.2) The Above-Mentioned Number Of Students, Towns And Exact Residential Addresses May Change During The Term Of The Contract.3) Transport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Transport Road (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1539, As Amended).4) Delivery Cannot Start Earlier Than Time. 7:00 A.M. And You Must Arrive At School No Later Than 7:50, So That Students Start Classes At 8:00.5) The Contractor Will Establish The Final Timetable In Consultation With The Ordering Party.6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Transported Students. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Transport Service With A Vehicle Capable Of Transporting A Given Number Of People. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have An Appropriate License To Perform Domestic Road Transport In The Field Of Passenger Transport Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation. 8) Students Will Be Transported On The Routes Designated By The Ordering Party. In Justified Situations - Sudden And Unexpected Street Closures Or Difficulties Preventing Travel On Streets Where Transport Takes Place In Accordance With Established Routes, The Contractor Will Be Able To Decide To Change The Route. In Such A Situation, Students Should Be Transported On A Route As Close As Possible To The Primary Route. In The Event Of Planned Street Closures, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval In Advance A Proposal For An Alternative Route For The Duration Of Difficulties/Closures.9) Transport Of Students To The School Will Take Place On School Days, Based On The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 11, 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year
