Care Services Are Provided In The Scope Of: A) Meeting Everyday Life Needs, In Particular By: - Keeping Rooms Clean, - Purchasing Groceries And Other Products Needed In The Household, - Preparing Or Delivering Meals And Food Products For The Rest Of The Day With Taking Into Account The Diet Of A Given Person, - Assistance With Eating Meals Or Feeding, If The Health Condition Requires It, - Washing Personal Underwear And Bed Linen, - Bringing Fuel And Heating Rooms, B) Hygienic And Sanitary Care, In Particular Through: - Washing And Bathing ,- Changing Underwear And Bedding,- Putting The Patient To Bed,- Helping With Physiological Needs,- Changing Diapers And Panties,- Preventing The Formation Of Pressure Sores And Sores,C) Care Recommended By A Doctor,D) Providing Medical Assistance If Necessary, E) Assistance In Maintaining The Psychophysical Condition Of A Person, In Particular By: - Maintaining Individual Interests, - Organizing And Maintaining Neighborly Contacts, - Stimulation To Use The All-Day Senior Club Pod Żurawie Or Other Places For Older People, - Organizing Walks, - Reading .3) The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Providing Care Services Is 9,803 Hours Per Year For The Expected Number Of 10 Clients Of The Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Kępno. 4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order By Reducing The Estimated Amount Of The Service To 7,800 Hours Per Year In The Event Of A Decrease In Demand For The Provision Of Care Services In The Amount Referred To In Point 3. In The Event Of The Circumstances Referred To In The First Sentence, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim The Full Number Of Hours.5) The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Number Of Hours Of Providing Services Should Be Understood As Only The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, E.G.
