A Square Building With A Partial Basement And A Two-Story Internal Patio. The Building Is Equipped With External Infrastructure, I.E. Electricity, Gas, Water, Gravity Sewage, Telecommunications. Own Gas-Powered Boiler Room With Hot Water Exchangers. There Is A Passenger And Freight Elevator Inside The Building.2. The Area Adjacent To The Building, Which Is A Tree-Lined Park With Two Separate Parking Lots, One At The Main Gate And The Other At The Administration Building.3. An Internal Patio, Which Is A Place To Relax.4. Administrative And Utility Building Located On The Dps Property From The Side Of Ul. Dynamic. This Building Has Two Permanently Locked Entrances, One From The Office Side And The Other From The Laundry Side. The Building Is Equipped With A Local Alarm Monitoring System, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract. § 41. The Permanent Physical Security Station Is Located In The Main Hall In The Existing Reception Area, Which Is Equipped With A Telephone And External And Internal Monitoring Monitors.2. Protection Of Persons And Property Will Be Carried Out By One Security Officer Every Day, 24 Hours A Day, From 7:00 A.M. To 7:00 A.M. The Next Day.3. The Ordering Party Authorizes The Contractors Employees To Identify Employees, Residents And Other Persons Entering And Leaving The Premises Of The Social Welfare Home, Both In Terms Of Property Protection And Compliance With The Provisions Resulting From Applicable Regulations And Instructions. § 5 Detailed Scope Of Activities Of A Security Employee In The Nursing Home: 1) Permanent Protection Of The Facilities Referred To In § 3 And The Property And Premises Of The Pod Brzozami Nursing Home In Warsaw At Bohaterów 46/48 Street; 2) Performing Duties At The Designated Time And Place; 3) Performing Activities With Due Diligence; 4) Acting In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations; 5) Operation Of Electronic Security Systems, I.E.: A) Video Monitoring System, B) Sap Fire Alarm System, 6) Patrolling The Area, Enforcing Compliance With Traffic Rules, And In Particular Enforcing The Ban On Parking Any Vehicles On Driveways Adjacent To The Gates Entry Points Of The Dps Pod Brzozami;7) Intervening In The Event Of Disturbances And Threats To The Protected Facility, Property, Residents And Employees;8) Taking Actions In Relation To Persons Posing A Threat To Property And Persons Present In The Facility Or Disturbing Order And Safety On The Premises;9) Protection Against Burglary, Theft And Damage To Or Destruction Of Property;10) Direct Supervision Over Property Located In The Rooms Of The Protected Facilities And On The Premises Of The Pod Brzozami Dps;11) Controlling The Traffic Of Visitors By Keeping A Regi
