The Project Regarding Thermal Modernization And Energy Modernization Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Zambrów Will Include, Among Others: On The Implementation Of The Following Activities: - Insulation Of External Walls Currently Finished With Wooden Cladding. Before Installing Insulation, Remove The Existing Insulation Layers And Install A New One. Insulating Material: Polystyrene/Mineral Wool L=0.036 W/Mk, 15 Cm Thick (Partly L=0.031 W/Mk, 10 Cm Thick) And 3 Cm Jambs. Construction Of A New Façade Cladding Made Of Wood-Colored Steel Siding Panels (Except For The Walls That Are To Connect The Existing Building With The Extended One In The Future). - Replacement Of Taps With Touchless Ones In Sanitary Facilities And A Circulation Pump Enabling The Limitation Of Circulation During Periods When There Is No Domestic Hot Water Consumption - Replacement Windows Made Of Pvc Profiles Replaced With New Ones With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Not Exceeding 0.9 W/M2k And Equipping Them With Hygro-Controlled Air Vents (Except For Rooms Equipped With Mechanical Ventilation). - Replacement Of Ventilation Units Of Systems No. 1 And 3 Using Units Equipped With Heat Pumps And Rotary Exchangers. Controlling The Efficiency Of The Control Panel Of System No. 1 By Measuring The Co2 Concentration In The Auditorium. - Replacement Of Lighting - Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Luminaires With Led Luminaires. - Installation Of A Pv Micro-Installation With A Minimum Power Of 32.9 Kwp On The Roof Of The Building. The Implementation Of The Project And Planned Activities Is Consistent With The Main Objectives Of The B1.1.4 Program. National Reconstruction Plan: Strengthening The Energy Efficiency Of Local Social Activity Facilities Such As: - Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Local Social Activity Facilities, - Replacing High-Emission Heat Sources With More Ecological Alternatives. Other Goals That Will Be Achieved By Implementing The Project Are: - Improving The Quality Of Atmospheric Air , By Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions, - Reducing Energy Demand, - Reducing The Operating Costs Of The Municipal Cultural Center Facility, - Increasing The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources, - Improving The Comfort Of Using The Facility, - Increasing Public Awareness Of Environmental Protection And Energy Efficiency. The Detailed Material Scope Has Been Specified In The Design Documentation And The Draft Contract Attached To This Specification Of Terms Of Procurement (Swz). The Bill Of Quantities Attached By The Ordering Party Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Is Not A Basic Document For Determining The Offer Price. Failure To Include Any Item In The Valuation Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Claim Payment For Its Performance. The Contractor Should Analyze All The Provisions Contained In The Documentation And Prepare A Price Offer Based On His Own
