The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Entire Building And Includes: - Main Building (Administrative Part, Basements, Kitchen, Warehouses, Offices, Dormitory, Infirmary, Adaptation Room, Infirmary, Individual Treatment Room, School, Offices, Server Room, Gym, Attic) - Workshop Building (Gym, Basements, Laundry, Boiler Room, Warehouses, School Workshops, Chapel, Teaching Rooms).3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Programming Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp) In The Building Of The Reformatory In Grodzisk Wielkopolski At Ul. Bukowska 18 Along With Accompanying Works, Including: A) Preparation Of A Construction Inventory For Design Purposes, Necessary Analyses, Concepts And Expert Opinions; B) Development And Execution Of Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards In Consultation With A Fire Protection Expert. (Concept, Detailed Design And As-Built Documentation); C) Obtain Building Permits Or Report Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit - If Applicable; D) Dismantling And Disposal Of Old Ssp Devices; E) Implementation Of A New Facility Protection System Based On The Detailed Design Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party; F) Delivery, Installation And Programming Of The Ssp Control Panel; G) Delivery And Installation Of New Devices Initiating The Transmission Of Information About A Fire To The Alarm Control Panel And Manual Fire Call Points; H) Delivery And Installation Of New Control And Executive Modules; I) Carrying Out Measurements Confirming The Possibility Of Using Existing Cabling; J) Installation Of New Cabling Where It Is Not Possible To Use The Existing One; K) Restoring The Rooms To Their Previous Condition; L) Integration Of The Ssp With The Existing Systems Related To Fire Protection Of The Facility And Other Security Systems; M) Testing The System For Correct Operation; N) Providing The Ordering Party With All Licenses, Keys And Passwords For The Installed Software And Ssp Control Panels; O) Training Of The Employers Employees In The Scope Of Operation And Maintenance Of The New Ssp.
