The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Renovation Of The Municipal Road Rola Kośmidrowa From Km 0+246 To Km 0+486 In The Town Of Krzeczów. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Sports And Recreational Area Surrounding The Sports Field In Lubień. The Investment Is Planned To Include: - Preparatory Works, - Demolition Works, - Road Surfaces, - Drainage, - Roadsides.3. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Constituting Annex No. 5 To This Swz).4. Any Manufacturers Own Names Or Names Of Specific Brands Or Products Used In The Tender Documentation Do Not Mean The Obligation To Use Them, And The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Products, I.E. Materials Or Products With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated.5. Construction Products Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products And Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 725, As Amended), And Also Be Free From Any Legal Defects, Including Coming From A Legal Source And Being Free From Any Physical Defects, Should Full-Value, New Products With All Required Certificates And Approvals. 6. If The Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Would Indicate Trademarks Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturers/Products Names Is For Example Purposes Only. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, Indicating The Name Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better.
