The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel In The Form Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Of The Municipal Plant In Kostrzyn And Ensuring The Provision Of Distribution Services To The Installation Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities, Hereinafter Referred To As - Gas Consumption Point Or Gas Consumption Points (Ppg). ) Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Name And Location Of The Facilities, Forecast Demand For Natural Gas During The Term Of The Agreement, Types Of Tariffs, Contracted Capacity, Place Of Delivery And Necessary Data For The Implementation Of The Agreement Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Agreement Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Agreement And The Agreement On The Provision Of Gas Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.4. The Ordering Party Cannot Determine The Exact Consumption Of Natural Gas Covered By The Subject Of The Contract And Therefore Presented The Expected Amount Of Consumption Of The Above-Mentioned Gas.
