Tenders Are Invited For Special School Construction Work - Works - Design And Execution Regarding Technical-Economic Documentation Development Services - Dtac Phase, Technical Project And Execution Details, Technical Assistance From The Designer And The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Investment Building Construction - School Center For Education Including Dumitru Ciumăgeanu - Body C1 - Preparatory Class School
Special School Construction Work - Works - Design And Execution Regarding Technical-Economic Documentation Development Services - Dtac Phase, Technical Project And Execution Details, Technical Assistance From The Designer And The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Investment Building Construction - School Center For Education Including Dumitru Ciumăgeanu - Body C1 - Preparatory Class School. Through This Contract, Works Will Be Carried Out As Contained In The Technical Documentation And Its Related Annexes. The Activities Related To This Documentation, Namely The Design And Execution Of The Works Of This Procedure, Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification, The Technical Documentation Posted In Seap And The Legislation In Force. The Works That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Will Be Completed In 20 Months (3 Months Design And 17 Months Execution) From The Date Of The Administrative Order, According To The Award Documentation. The Estimated Value Of 53,584,363.43 Lei Without Vat Does Not Include The Counter Value Of Various And Unforeseen Expenses, They Will Not Be The Subject Of The Procedure, They Are Not Part Of The Tender Value. Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses Are In The Amount Of A Maximum Of 10% Of The Cm, Calculated According To The Law (Hg 907/2016) And Can Be Accessed/Used At Any Time During The Implementation Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Model Approved By Hg No. 1/2018 , With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016. To The Extent That The Changes Are Not Substantial, From The Value Of Various And Unforeseen Expenses, Only Works That May Occur During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Be Settled, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Model Contract Approved By Gd No. 1/2018, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions , (According To Gd 907/2016), Based On The Unit Prices Offered, By Applying The Provisions Of Art. 221 Paragraph (1), Letter A) And Respectively Letters E) And F) Of Law 98/2016, If Applicable. The Contracting Authority, During The Performance Of The Works Contract, If The Situation On The Ground So Requires, May Resort To The Application Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Letters E) And F) Of Law 98/2016 The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification / Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, Under The Conditions That The Requests They Will Address At Least 22 Days Before The Deadline Set For Submitting Offers. Clarifications Submitted After This Deadline Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account.
