This Assignment Concerns The Conversion Of Two Buildings At Industriekaai 83 A And 75 In Sint-Jans-Molenbeek Into A Circus School For The Non-Profit Organization Circus Zonder Handen (1,074 M2) And Studios And Offices For The Non-Profit Organization Cyclo (962 M2). Circus And Cyclo Complete The Flagship Project Of The Sustainable Zinneke Neighborhood Contract: The Reconversion Of The Great Hall Or Libelco Housing Block. This New Public Space (Reserved For Soft Mobility), Together With The Redesign Of The Nijverheidskaai, The Crèche, The Intergenerational Housing And The Upcycling Workshops, Was Inaugurated On November 15, 2022. The Warehouse In Which Circus Will Be Housed Has Direct Access To The Great Hall, Which Was Granted The Status Of A Public Domain In 2021, With All Associated Requirements (Accessibility For Residents And The Public, Emergency And Maintenance Services, Security, Etc.) And With The Special Feature That It Is A Partially Covered Public Space.
