In The Final Study, Based On The Work Selected In The Competition, The Ordering Party Expects The Implementation Of A Construction Design And Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit, As Well As The Preparation Of Complete Design, Cost Estimate And Construction Documentation (Architecture, Structure, Water And Sewage, Electrical, Lightning Protection, Pv, Lighting Installations). , Ground Heat Pump, Telecommunication Installations, Monitoring, Alarm, Investor Cost Estimates, Outlays, Necessary Details, Energy And Economic Analysis And Others) Enabling The Announcement Of An Open Tender Based On The Public Procurement Law.
