The Subject Of The Performance Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Implementation Of A Detailed Engineering-Geological Survey And Maintenance Of The Tunnel In The Period From 01/2025 To 12/2029 In The Scope According To The Documentation For The Selection Of The Contractor Processed In 07/2024 By Satra, Spol. S.R.O. The Subject Of The Performance Are The Following Sub-Parts: Station Equipment, Access Shaft, Exploration Tunnel. The Contractor Will, Among Other Things, Be The Bearer Of The Reporting Obligation In The Sense Of Paragraph 4, § 5, Act No. 61/1988, Coll., On Mining Activities, Explosives And On The State Mining Administration, As Amended.
