The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Service Provider With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed. Partial Offers, Parallel And Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities; The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are The Procurement Units Forecasts Of The Required Quantities. The Service Provider Does Not Get The Exclusive Right To Produce The Services To The Procurement Unit. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Meal And Cleaning Services Form A Naturally Synergistic Procurement Entity. Tendering The Services Together Leads To The Most Economical Result Overall. The Procurement Units Goal Is In Terms Of Services, It Strengthens Delivery Reliability And Accelerates The Pace Of Development. The Goal Is To Acquire Appropriate Services At A Competitive Price. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Catering And Cleaning Services Of Toholami Municipality. The Service Properties Are Described In Appendix One Of The Request For Tender (Appendix 1) And The Service To Be Acquired With Its Peripheral Conditions In Appendices One To Four (Appendices 1–4).
