In The Event Of An Excess Of Seepage Water, It Will Only Be Removed At The Corresponding Wastewater Treatment Plants After Verifying Its Quality To The Extent Corresponding To The Valid Operating Regulations Of The Treatment Plant. Due To Their Composition, The Technology Of Leachate Treatment Must Correspond To The Current State Of Technical Progress. The Time Of Pumping And The Method Of Disposal Of Seepage Water Will Be Recorded In The Operational Records. It Is Possible Due To Climatic Conditions And Extraordinary Events (E.G. The Contracting Authority Assumes That The Services Will Be Performed From 01.01.2025 To 31.12.2029, With The Framework Contract Being Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years.
