Architectural And Related Services – Renovation Of The Lorsch Clinic. The Clinic Plans To Reduce The Number Of Beds. Two Bed Wards Are To Be Reduced In Size And Relocated In The Building So That Part Of The Old Existing Building Can Be Dismantled. When Planning, The Increased Demands On A Hospital During Ongoing Operations, The Requirements Of Patients And The Associated Movement Flows Must Be Taken Into Account. The Areas To Be Worked On Largely Include Areas For Patient Care And More Subordinate Treatment And Care Units. Technical Systems Or Operating Theaters As Well As Intensive Care Areas Should Not Be Changed And Should Not Be Planned. In Addition To The Areas To Be Converted, The Client Plans To Outsource The Administration To A New Building. This Building Should, If Necessary, Be Constructed In Modular Construction By A System Supplier. The Services Are To Be Provided Analogously To Section 33 Ff Hoai, Part 3 Property Planning Section 1. The Range Of Services Should Include Service Phases 1 Up To And Including 8 Comparable To The Hoai. The Complete Renovation Of The Old Building Including Reorganization Of The Areas Is To Be Planned. In Addition, Ongoing Operations Must Be Taken Into Account During The Renovation Phase And The Construction Process Must Be Controlled Accordingly During Implementation. During Planning And Execution, The Intermediate Steps And The Individual Conditions Of The Building Throughout The Construction Phases Must Be Taken Into Account And The Partial Dismantling Must Be Planned And Supervised. At The Same Time, The Object Planner For Buildings And Interiors Should Be Assigned The Technical Planning Of The Sub-Areas: • Fire Protection Planning, • Outdoor Area Planning Analogous To Hoai 2021 § 38 Ff And • Building Physics Analogous To Hoai 2021 Appendix 1 To § 3 Paragraph 1 With All The Necessary Service Phases.
