The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Vehicle For Rescue Operations By The Pilaszków Volunteer Fire Department. A Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive And Equipment That Meets Performance And Safety Standards. 2.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer, A Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 2. Failure To Submit The Document Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer From The Proceedings In Question Due To The Inability To Verify The Offered Subject Of The Contract With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 2.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Car Offered For Delivery Be Brand New, Free From Third Party Rights. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Requirement Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, I.E. The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order Under An Employment Contract, As There Are No Activities Involving The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 4. In The Case Of This Procedure, The Ordering Party Refrained From Dividing The Contract Into Parts Because It Decided That It Was Not Possible To Divide The Contract Into Parts. Splitting The Contract Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution Or Would Require Excessive Simultaneous Involvement Of Human Resources To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Jeopardize Its Proper Execution. 2.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within: 9 Months From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract, But No Longer Than Until October 15, 2025. 5.
