IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS ITB: This ITB is launched for the purpose of establishing a contract for the ITB-003DIY24 Supply and Installation of Two 5000- Liter Milk Cooling Tanks and Two 50 KVA Generators. This tender is divided into 2 LOTs: 1- Supply and install 5000 LT milk Cooling Tank (Collection center) in Diyala, as mentioned in the below details. 2- Supply 50 kVA Backup Generator transportation, loading, unloading, and connection with the milk cooling unit. In the agricultural villages affiliated with the Baqubah. The supplier can apply for one, or two lots. The delivery time of the supply shall be within 20 calendar days from site handover date for each Lot. in case both lots awarded to the same supplier, the Leadtime is only 20 calendar days. DRC may terminate the contract or impose other penalties if supplier fails to deliver items within this period, penalty calculation: contract value/contract implementation period) x 20% for every day of the delay period.
