The Order Involves The Demolition Of Two Existing Residential Buildings And Utility Rooms And The Construction Of A New Multi-Unit Residential Building With An Underground Parking Lot And The Following Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Electricity, Telecommunications, Mechanical Ventilation, Photovoltaics, Along With External Sections Of Internal Water And Sanitary Sewage Installations. , Electricity With Area Lighting, Rainwater Drainage And Land Development: Internal Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, Reconstruction Of The Heating Network Colliding With The Building, Construction Of Water, Sewage, Telecommunications And Stormwater Connections. The Building Consists Of Three L-Shaped Segments, With 88 Residential Units, 43 Underground Parking Spaces And 76 Above-Ground Parking Spaces.
