Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Silent Type Dg Set Of 10 Kva Capacity At Fsd Ratnagiri. Following Cpcb Norms Iv Plus.; 1 Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of "Silent Type" Diesel Generating set which is factory assembled, factory tested diesel engine alternator set with acoustic enclosure, conforming to the latest CPCB Norms as and when amended, Capable of delivering not less than 10 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, minimum 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load factor at typical site conditions (i.e FSD Ratnagiri) including all accessories like common base frame, AVMs (with max +/-1% limit), starting batteries of low maintenance type suitable for cranking duty and capacity not less than 88 AH for 12V/24V DC system(or OEM manufacturer recommendation AH in case the battery is same make as that of engine and supplied by the engine manufacturer only) with leads and terminals, including battery charging dynamo,12V/24V DC Starting system comprising of starter motor,Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer, catalytic convertor,100 Ltr fuel tank fabricated out of 3mm thick M.S sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class"C" pipes of suitable dia completed with values, level indications & accessories as required.Approval/clearance of the complete installation shall be obtained by the contractor from CPCB/State Pollution Control Board/Local Bodies/Central Electricity Authority (CEA)/other licensing authorities wherever required. 2 ENGINE- Diesel engine 4 stroke Liquid cooled continuous rated engine of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator typical site conditions and conforming to BS 5514,BS 649, IS 10000 or latest, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. 3 Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for: start-stop switch with key, water temp indication, lubrication oil pressure indication, lubrication oil temp indication, battery charging indication, RPM indication, Over speed indication, low lub. Oil trip indication, Engine hours indication. 4 Alternator: Synchronous alternator,Brushless and single bearing type alternator capable of delivering a minimum10 KVA (Corresponding to typical site condition ) at 415V 0.8 Power factor 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 1500 RPM The alternator shall be having Screen protected Drip Proof enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions alongwith suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor interconnection cable in suitable pipe between alternator and AMF control panel 5 Control panel: Fabricating, Installing, Testing & Commissioing of weather proof outdoor type automatic mains failure control including auto by-pass panel, Suitable for 10 KVA silent type DG set complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit resticted, earth fault, under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all completed and inter locking including the following: 6 C1) Sutaible No of 4 pole switch Fuse motorised electrically operated draw out with cradle type 3 position ACB with electromagnatic release for O/C & E/F and shunt trip. 7 C2) Auto off selector switch 8 C3) 2 Nos over voltage relay, 2Nos reverse power relay and 2 Nos under voltage relay 9 C4) 3 sets of current transformers 15P 10 accuracy for protection and 15 VA class-I for metering 10 C5) Energy analyser unit to indicate current volatge frequency power factor and KWH 11 C6) Indicating lamps for load on mains and load on set 12 C7) fuse for instruments 13 C8) Battery charger, complete with transformer/rectifier, DC voltmeter and ammeter, selector switch for tricker, off and boost and current adjustment. 14 C9) Main supply failure monitor 15 C10) Supply failure timer 16 C11) Restoration timer 17 C12) Control unit with three impulse automatic engine start/stop and failure to start lockout 18 C13) Impulse counter with locking and reset facility 19 C14) ON/OFF/Control circuit switch with indicator 20 C15) Audio/Video annuciation for 21 i) High water temperature 22 ii) Low lubricating oil pressure 23 iii) Engine over speed 24 iv) Engine fails to start 25 v) Full load/maximum load warning 26 ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE (noise level less than or equal to 75 db at a distance of 1 m from of Acoustic enclosure. )- Weather proof prefabricated factory built, free standing, floor mounting type acoustic encloser of moduler construction suitable for accommodating the 10 KVA Engine Alternator set with standard control/ instrument panel, fuel tank etc with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per CPWD specifications. 27 F.I.T.C.of 10 KVA DG Set -Installation testing and Commissioning of the above 10 KVA DG set with acoustic enclosure and AMF control panel with all equipments, accessories and associated items on the cement concrete floor / foundation (with vibration isolation arrangement) (A PCC(1:2:4, M-20 grade) foundation of weight 2.5 times the operating weight of the Genset with enclosure or as recommended by the Genset manufacturer OEM/OEA, whichever is higher. The foundation should be min 300 mm high from the ground level. The length and breath of foundation should be at least 250mm more on all sides than the size of the enclosure)including providing necessary fuel MS piping and conducting Acceptance Testing of the Engine Alternator by arranging necessary consumables like Lube oil,fuel oil ,providing artificial resistive load with cabling ,switching arrangements etc. for Testing. The testing will be done as per the inspection and testing procedure mentioned in the MTF/NIT/Tender documents. The Construction of DG Set"s PCC Foundation ( upto depth of 200 mm) and other materials as required for ITC of DG Set shall be in the scope of Seller 28 Supply of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XPLE power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured UG aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 part 1 with up-to-date amendment of the following size as required. 29 4x10 sq. mm 30 Supplying and making end termination with brass compressiongland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated andPVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV gradeas required 31 4 x 10 sq. mm 32 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size directly in ground including excavation ,sand cusioning, protective coveringandrefillig the trench as required. 33 Upto 35 sq mm 34 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. 35 Upto 35 sq mm ( clamped with 1mm thick saddle) 36 EARTHING 37 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. 38 Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I, nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. 39 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required
