The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes,complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16 Code No. 13.79, Extra for addition of synthetic polyestertriangular fibre of lenghth 6mm, effective diameter 10-40 microns and specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 in cement plaster / mortar by using 125 grams of synthetic polystertriangular fibre for 50 kg cement used incement mortar 17 Code No. 14.5.1, Renewing glass panes, with putty and nailswherever necessary including racking out the old putty - Float glass panes ofthickness 4mm 18 Code No. 9.121, Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforcedplastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness . The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Plastering the wall surface with cement mortar of mix 1:4 (One part of cement : 4 fine sand) mixed with rubber latex polymer Classic acryfix SBR, a Primadon product or its equivalent at the rate of 1kg for 1 bag the specification of M/s. Primadon Construction Products Pvt, Ltd, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 26 Non- PSR. Attending repair works to Aluminium openable, windows and ventilators including cost of rubber beading, handles, locks, hinges, screws and labour charges excluding cost of glass panes and as directed by the Engineer -incharge. 27 Non PSR - Disposal of demolished building materials like lime concrete, brick work and Reinforced Cement Concrete from the site within a lead of 5 km including loading and unloading charge. 28 Code No. 11.8,Extra for making chequers of approvedpattern on cement concrete floors , steps, landing , pavements etc., 29 Code No. 0114 Supply of labour for miscellaneous works - Beldar 30 Code No. 14.67.2 Finishing walls with premium acrylic smoothexterior paint with silicon additives of required shade - old work (one or morecoats applied @0.83 ltr /10 sqm)
