All the lamps, fans, exhaust fans; plug points etc shall have independent slash/piano type switches of required rating inside the bunk house. Also NTPC Logo to be Engraved on the porta Cabins 24 HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATIO Necessary arrangement shall be provided at top four corners for easy lifting and transportation of the bunkhouse 25 TARFELTING The roof surface is to be painted with one coat of "Bitumen Primer" before laying Hessian based finished tar felt in 2 layers as basic waterproofing material. Blown Grade Bitumen are to be used as the bonding materials. Fine sand is to be finally sprinkled over the last layer of bitumen. OTHER CONDITIONS 1. Window to be provided for proper ventilation. 2. Agency shall provide the drawing showing the location of the electrical installation. 3. Agency shall provided final general layout drawings along with the floor details and its drawings before manufacturing. Door location to be gets approved by NTPC. Internal electrification to be carried out with all the fitting like fans, fluorescent lamps and doorways lamps etc Total Quantity : 15
