The drawers shall run on 19 mm X 19 mm tick wood bearers. The shelf on left hand side shall be of 19 Mm thick particle board of commercial ply on both sides fitted on 19 mm x 18 mm in section tick wood bearers. Bottom, sides, verticle partitions shall be of 19 mm thick particle board with tick face one side and commercia other. The top of side board shall be of 19 mm thick commercial particle board over which 1.5 mm thick plastic laminated sheet is fixed with natural teak face. Back of side board shall be of 06 mm thick commercial ply wood. The shutter shall have continuous piano hinges. Thie top on one shutter shall have 50 mm long flush bolt fitted towards inside of shutter. Two knobs shall be provided to the shutter. A brass lock with four lever shall be provided to the shutter. Four knob shall be provided to the four drawers (one knob for each drawers). 03 mm x 19 mm teak wood edging shall be provided to all edges of particle board and shelf all wood and particle board surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french posish with high gloss finish. . The legs shall be joint in short and long sides with two nos 25 mm dia brass pipes of wall thickness 02 mm. The top pipe shall be fixed at 150 mm from top and the lower pipe shall be at 100 from bottom of top pipe. The brass frame shall be 900 mm long and 450 mm wide. The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mmx100mm. The top of the bath mat shall have 3mmx10mm thick stiffener moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. DESCRIPTION: The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick.20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6 mm shall be fixed with side sockets Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting. One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting. The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also. The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. FINISH: All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of green hammer paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty. A Mark of MES shall also be provided at top left corner of front shutter of visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Two horizontal wooden battens of 50mmx20mm in section, one at 160mm from top rail and other at 200mm from bottom rail shall be provided in the right hand side of vertical intermediate stiffener 430mm from bottom of top rail. 4mm thick teak plywood 1000mmx710mm shall be provided to front of frame and 4mm thick commercial plywood of 1000mmx710mm shall be provided to the back of frame. 6mmx35mm in section teak wood edging shall be provided all round the Hat Stand frame. 5.5mm thick Atul or Modiguard or Goldenfish mirror of size 300mmx440mm shall be provided with teak wood beading made to shape as shown on drawing out of 10mmx12mm in section teak wood. Brass pegs of size 120mmx75mm (overall) shall be fixed with brass screws as direted by Engineer-in-Charge. Two key plates shall be provided of mild steel sheet, 3mm thick, made to shape as shown on drawing. All wood and teak piy surfaces expoesd to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.
