The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Tribotester With Accessories For Nomaten Core At The Headquarters Of The National Center For Nuclear Research In Otwock. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery (Understood As Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Use Of Devices And Software) Of A Set Of Devices Consisting Of A Tribotester (Tribometer), An Optical Profilometer And A Scanning Electron Microscope (Sem) To The National Center For Nuclear Research In Otwock. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Volume Iii Swz (Opz) - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of Tasks And Requirements Is Also Specified In Volume Ii Swz (Ppu) - Designed Contractual Provisions. 4. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance, Without Reservations, Of The Subject Of The Order (Signing The Unconditional Final Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party, Without Reservations). 5. Maximum Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order: Up To 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement For A Complete Stand Including Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees Will Be Carried Out On Dates Agreed By The Contractor And The Ordering Party.
