Liquid Ammonia – Delivery Of Ammonia Solution 24.5%, 02/2025-01/2029. The Subject Of The Tendered Service Is The Conclusion Of Several Framework Agreements (Max. 5) For The Delivery Of Ammonia Solution 24.5%, A Total Of Approx. 3,200 Tonnes. Delivery Takes Place In Tank Trucks According To A Call-Off Order And Includes Filling Into The Ags 2 Tank Systems. The Framework Agreement Does Not Establish A Claim To A Defined Scope Of Delivery. The Conditions Are Normally Requested From The Framework Agreement Partners Once In The Current Quarter For The Following Quarter. Due To The Strongly Fluctuating Prices In The Last Contract Period (07/02/2021 To 06/02/2025), The Client Reserves The Right To Shorten The Period Or Extend It To A Maximum Of 6 Months, Depending On The Market Situation. The Most Economical Offer Will Be Awarded For The Respective Period. The Conditions For The First 2 Months Will Be Given When The Tender Documents Are Submitted.
