According To The Technical Content Of The Design Concept, The Expected Reduction In Annual Primary Energy Consumption: 1,985,000 Kwh/Year. The Building Affected By The Investment Is A Free-Standing, Ground-Floor + 10-Story, Medium-Rise, Tower-Like Structure Built With Tunnel Formwork Technology. Purpose Of The Building: Accommodation Building. The Summary Technical Content Of The Complex Building Energy Renovation: The Development Includes The Insulation Of The Buildings Facades And Flat Roof Surfaces, The Replacement Of Facade Windows And Doors, Mechanical Modernization, And The Installation Of A Solar Panel System. This Construction Investment Does Not Require A Permit, A Town Plan Notification Is Required. 1.) Architecture: 20 Cm Thick Mineral Wool Facade Thermal Insulation Will Be Applied To The Facade According To The Plan, With A 2 Cm Turn-In For The Windows And The Facade Overhangs. 20 Cm Thick Closed-Cell Polystyrene Insulation Was Designed In The Plinth Zones.
