Included In The Operations And Maintenance Facility Will Be The Construction Of A New Vehicle Wash Bay And A New Onsite Fueling Area To Replace The Current Facilities. Elements Of The Renovated And New Construction Spaces Will Include Operations Spaces Including Dispatching Functions And Supervisor Offices; Maintenance Storage And Machine Shop Spaces; Records Storage And It Infrastructure Spaces; Public Meeting/Multipurpose Spaces, And Administrative Office Spaces. The Project Includes A Combination Of New Construction And Renovation Of Existing Space. The Authority Will Require Phased Construction For This Project; See The Wata Omf Sequencing Considerations.
