Software Implementation Services – Advanced, Automated, Distribution Management System (Aadms), Workforce Management System (Wfm) Implementation. The Acquisition Will Be Carried Out And Implemented In The Form Of Two (2) Volumes/Components, Correlated In Terms Of Objectives And Implementation/Commissioning Schedule, Which Have Different Funding Sources, Promoted Through Separate Descriptive Documentation, One For Each Volume, Complementary For Defining The General Object (Aadms, Integrated Wfm System), As Follows: • Volume 1: Aadms Integrated Platform, Including Dms/Ems Applications • Volume 2: Aadms Components, Including Scada Applications, Oms, Wfm System The Two Volumes Are Complementary For The Definition Of The General Object (Aadms, Integrated Wfm System). The General Object Common To The Two Volumes (1 And 2) Consists In The Implementation Of An Advanced Automated Distribution Management System (Aadms), Electricity And A Workforce Management System (Wfm System), Integrated. Volume 1: Integrated Aadms Platform, Including Dms/Ems Applications General Objective Volume 1: Implementation Of An Integrated Aadms Platform (Advanced, Automated, Distribution Network Management). This Platform Is Composed Of Dms/Ems/Derms Modules, Natively Integrated With Scada And Oms Modules (Scada And Oms Modules Are Not Part Of Volume 1) To Create An Integrated, Automated Platform. This Component Includes The Dms/Ems Module And The Integration With The Scada And Oms Modules, Made With European Funds, According To The Funding Requests & Feasibility Study, Approved By The Mipe Financier. Specific Objective Of The Project Volume 1: Implementation Of An Integrated, Centralized Adms Platform For The Superior Management Of Interruptions And For Monitoring Network Performance And Operative Intervention For Safe Operation And At The Quality Level Guaranteed By The Performance Standards For The Delivery Of Electricity Specific Object No. 1: Adms Integrated Platform, Including Dms, Ems Applications. Specific Object No. 2: Services For Completion And Verification Of The Accuracy Of Active Databases, For The Creation Of Network Topologies Specific Object No. 3: Recurring Maintenance And Support Services Specific Object No. 4: Change Request Services For A Package Of 700 Days X Person (Changes To Aadms) Volume 2: Aadms Components, Including Scada Applications, Oms, Wfm System, Promoted Separately To Anre And Made From The Purchasers Own Sources.
