The Present Project Includes The Construction Of The Gartenstrasse Daycare Center In Traunreut With A New Two-Story Building. The New Building Provides Space For A Daycare Center (Ground Floor) And A Kindergarten. The Building Is Divided Into The Following Areas: - Group Rooms For Crèches And Daycare Centers, Each With 1 Side Room, 1 Sanitary Room, 1 Storage Room And A Cloakroom Area. - Management Office, Parents Consultation Room, Team Room, - Dining Room With Preparation And Childrens Kitchen, - Common Areas (Market Square) On The Ground Floor And Upper Floor - Side Rooms, Technology Barrier-Free Access Is Provided By The Centrally Positioned Elevator. The New Building Will Be Constructed Of Wood On A Reinforced Concrete Floor Slab. Individual Steel Components Complement The Wooden Construction. Access To The Construction Site Is Directly Via Gartenstrasse. Garden Street Is Embedded In A Residential Area In This Area And Cramped Conditions Cannot Be Ruled Out In The Access Area. Garden Street Is A Dead End Here. It Is Not Always Possible To Turn Around On The Building Site. It Must Be Reversed In Or Out With Training Staff. In The Course Of The Following Positions, Part Of The Superstructure (Frost Protection Layer) Of The Later Asphalt And Paving Surfaces Must Be Created To Approx. 30Cm Below The Later Finished Pavement Heights. The Thickness Of The Frost Protection Layer To Be Installed Remains On Average Approx. 30Cm Below The Later Covering Heights In The Finished Installation State. Furthermore, Demolition Measures Of Existing Covering Areas, Borders And Eaves Strips Must Be Carried Out In Advance. The Vehicles Used Must Be Tailored To The Specific Construction Site. All Equipment Required To Carry Out The Construction Work Offered Must Either Be Kept On Site For The Duration Of The Work Or Transported Several Times. There Is No Separate Compensation For This. Since The Construction Site Is In The Area Of Residential Development, Only Modern, Sound-Insulated Equipment May Be Used. Stone Cutting Work May Only Be Carried Out With A Wet Cutting Machine And As A Diamond Saw Cut. According To The Road Traffic Regulations, The Contractor Is Responsible, As An Ancillary Service, For Regularly Removing Contamination From Public Roads Resulting From Landscaping Work. Soil Conditions, Subsoil And Its Bearing Capacity. Results Of Soil Tests. Systems Present On The Construction Site, In Particular Rainwater And Supply Pipes, Must Be Removed. Before And During The Execution Of The Outdoor Facility Work, The Contractor Must Inform Himself About The Location Of Lines, Cables, Drains, Ducts, Etc. From The Client And The Providers Responsible For The Supply And Disposal Systems Using The Existing Inventory Plans And The Instructions Issued Therefor. Digging Work At A Distance Of 50 Cm Or Less From Supply Lines Should Always Be Carried Out By Hand. At Work
